Biography - Nathan Eberle

After graduating from West Point in 1981 Mr. Eberle served as an officer in the US Army for over 22 years holding a variety of management, operational, logistical and human resource positions. Mr. Eberle received his Masters in Engineering Management Degree from George Washington University in 1994 while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Mr Eberle has been a member of the Army Acquisition Corps since 1990 and a graduate of the Advanced Program Management Course at the Defense Systems Management College in 1997. Mr. Eberle developed experience in requirements formulation, program management, operational test and evaluation and international cooperative research and development. His final assignments in the Army as the Product Manager for Communications and Intelligence Support Systems was to support and development on both ground and airborne SIGINT equipment for specialized and classified users, collecting the latest communications signals as well as providing unique applications of state of the art surveillance equipment.

In 2003 Mr. Eberle joined Carmel Applied Technologies (CATI), which became Alion Science and Technology/CATI Simulation in 2006. He served as Senior Program Manager for Flight School XXI, Lift Simulator Modernization Program (LSMP), Advanced Black Hawk Flight Simulator (ABHFS), TBOS and E-2D programs, responsible for program B&P, cost, schedule and performance.

In 2009 Mr Eberle joined CATI Training Systems as their Director of Programs, located in Daleville Alabama adjacent to Fort Rucker. With over 28 years of experience leading people and managing programs Mr Eberle specializes in managing the design, development and integration of Visual Simulation Systems.

Mr. Eberle is married, 21 years, to JoAnn Eberle (LTC RET) and has 2 children, John, age 9 and Mike, age 5.
